[color:9eef=indigo]Oh Sel what a lovely update to hear hun. I'm so happy that our precious Pinkie is sounding more like her old self.
The birds coming to her bird feeder sound wonderful and I'm so glad that she is able to watch and enjoy them. Yes, lol Snow White sounds just right for her and glad that you both laughed together.
It's great to hear that she's made some new friends too.
I am praying so hard that this radiation treatment will do the trick for her, she's such a very brave lady.

Oh Sel this is just such encouraging news hon. I'm glad she
has made some friends and is enjoying the bird feeders.

Hello....I heard from Pinkie tonight...wow, she was HOME on a 3 day pass. I was so shocked and thrilled for her. And do you know where the first place was that she and Debbie went to.....THE CASINO...LOL, sounds like what I would do. She said they didn't win or break even, but they did bring some money back home.....YOU GO GIRL!!! The fact they had money to bring home means they were winners.

She sounded so good. She will not be on the computer, because of the arm pain and all,but she says she loves you all and misses you.

Cinders..she got your card and picture today....

Eileen..she got your card too....

She thanks you both and everyone that has sent her stuff and have kept in touch. It means so much.

Later this month she will be having another scan to see how the tumor has reacted to all the chemo and radiation....so keep the prayers going.

I guess that is about it....................

[color:4e7c=indigo]Oh wow!!! This is fantastic news about our darling Pinkie.......being back home for a few days.....how wonderful that must have been for her, Debbie and lil Tosha too. I'm so happy that she and Debbie went to the casino and had a really good time, that must have been good for both of them and must have been so nice for them both to be able to have some fun after the difficult time that they're going through.
I still have our Pinkie and Debbie in my thoughts and prayers and think of them every day.

Oh WOW!!! That is such good news. I know they were both glad to
have her home for a few days and oh my went to the casino
too. That is awesome. So glad they had a good time and came
home with money so that's a plus.
I pray the scan will show improvement and she can come home
and start PT.

Hello Ladies....

I received a couple pictures today from Pinkie. One was a picture of her room and all the cute stuffed critters she has to hug when she gets down.

The other one was of her..with Debbie by her side....she was bald....but she looked pretty good. I want you all she has a PERFECT round head...I know mine would not be so nice. I called her to tell her I had the pictures and how perfect her head was...and she said everyone tells her that...lol.

she said I could send the picture for you to see, but I don't know how to do that. I will see if I can get my SIL over to help me scan and do whatever it is you do.

Okay...Pinkie sounded tired, but good. She said the trip home was more than she could handle. She was glad to be back at the hospital where she can get around alot easier.

I will keep you informed as I know...................LATER............

THANKS SEL FOR GOING TO THE TROUBLE OF LEARNING WITH SIL HELP HOW TO SCAN THE PHOTOS SO WE CAN SEE THEM.

IM SURE GOING HOME POOPED HER OUT. THE HOSPITALS HAVE ALL KINDS OF THINGS TO MAKE IT EASIER TO MOVE AROUND AND JUST TO LIVE DAILY LIFE. AND OF COURSE THE NURSES ARE SO HELPFUL AND TRAINED WELL.

I'm so glad that she got to spend some time at home although I'm sure that it must have tired her out, that's a big step to take when you've been so ill. I'm going to save the pictures so that I've always got Pinkie to look at for when I'm praying and thinking of her. And I just love all her cute lil critters there on the bed with her, her room looks lovely. Please can you thank her for sharing her pics with us all.
I'm still holding her very close to my heart and very much in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh Sel you did an awesome job of scanning and posting
the pics. It's just great to see our Pinkie again I miss her
so much. She looks pretty comfy there with Debbie by

Carol..I wish I could take the credit. My daughter, Sue scanned them for me and then emailed them to me. All I had to do was copy and paste into photo bucket.

Talked to Pinkie yesterday. She is pleased I was able to post the pics. She hopes everyone can tell fromt he bedroom picture what stuffed critter or gift was theirs that they sent. I told her I thought they would be able to.

she had a bad day. Apparently a nurse ..without talking with PInkie first...put a appetite enhancer pill in her daily regiment and after being pushed too hard in therapy...as she was going back to her room, right infront of the nurses station she "upchucked". I guess she told that nurse a thing or two and told her she is not to give her medicine without speaking to Pinkie first. Good for Pinkie..she still has her drive.

I don't remember if I was to say anything else or not...sorry...old brain.....so that is the latest...........

Pinkie looks like a real fighter, so glad she is hanging
in there with us. Do hope it will all be better for her

[color:ac00=indigo]Aww poor Pinkie to be given that pill and without even talking to her about it first, I'm so sorry that it made her sick like that, I'm sure that's the last thing she needed, and I'm glad that our Pinkie told her a thing or two.....too right and well done for her for standing up for herself.
I so hope that's she's doing as well as she can right now.
I always have her in my thoughts and prayers and I miss her so badly.
